We spend our last day in Kyoto at the Arashiyama bamboo forest. This place is a tourist hot spot in Kyoto, but we managed to find a beautiful peaceful viewpoint over the big green forest. It was a good end to our time in Kyoto! However, it was also a hot September day, so after a few hours we decided to head home and pack our bags for the next destination in Japan.
