Check out our 3 Days in Kyoto and area that are filled with plenty of temples, DEER and lots of good memories. We felt like 3 full days was the perfect amount of time to see everything you want in this area. The JR pass is less useful in the city of Kyoto but still great when it comes to taking the train to surrounding areas.
We were sad to say goodbye to Keegan’s parents at the end of the trip, but it was amazing to be able to share this wonderful experience with them.
